Early Childhood Center Application Process

It is beautiful to see students who start Hillel in the Early Childhood Center graduate 12 years later as confident teens ready to succeed in high school, and we are excited to begin your child’s educational journey with you!

COME FOR A VISIT

Nothing compares to seeing Hillel "in action." An individual visit during the school day provides parents with the opportunity to observe students actively engaged in learning and offers the one-on-one attention that only a personal tour can provide. ENROLLMENT FORMS

*DUE TO OVERWHELMINGLY HIGH ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2024-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR, PLEASE FIRST CALL ROBIN PAPPAS AT (248) 539-1489 TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY OPENINGS FOR YOUR CHILD BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Enrolling in the ECC is a friendly, straightforward process. Please submit your APPLICATION for the 2024-25 school year as soon as possible.

Please note: Priority Enrollment is open for the 2024-25 school year for current families and siblings. Enrollment will open for all other families on December 15th.

To complete the enrollment process, the following must also be submitted:

PROGRAM INTEREST & TUITION RATES FORM: This form is crucial to indicate what program you are selecting for your child. Please note that the application is not complete until we receive the Program Interest & Tuition Rates Form AND you have received confirmation from Hillel that there is space in the selected program.

ENROLLMENT CONTRACT: Once we confirm that there is space in the selected program, we will send you an enrollment contract to complete your child’s enrollment.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Please mail/email a copy of your child’s birth certificate to Amanda Bieniewicz, 32200 Middlebelt Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334 or to abieniewicz@hillelday.org.

INFORMATION/EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM: Please mail/email a copy of your information/emergency contract to Amanda Bieniewicz, 32200 Middlebelt Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334 or to abieniewicz@hillelday.org.

TUITION MANAGEMENT FORM: Only new families need to submit the smart tuition enrollment form to Amanda Bieniewicz, 32200 Middlebelt Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334 or to abieniewicz@hillelday.org.

CONVERSION DOCUMENTS: If applicable, copies of conversion and mikveh documents must be emailed to Amanda Bieniewicz at abieniewicz@hillelday.org.

RE-ENROLLMENT FORM

Priority Re-Enrollment is open for current families and enrollment for siblings (if siblings are new to the ECC, an application must be filled out) at this time. Priority Re-enrollment for current families and new siblings will close on December 15th.

Returning families should fill out their program interest form and tuition rates for 2024-2025 for the upcoming school year. Any family that will not be returning for the upcoming school year, please let Robin Pappas know by December 15th.

All families should review the ECC Bio Form, if there are any changes that we must be aware of, please update it.
